1. Return any unsold pins (postmarked within 60 days of the ship date) and receive a refund for the pins you sent back less a 10% restocking fee.

3. Return any unsold pins (postmarked within 60 days of the ship date) and place a new order. We will treat the returned pins as an exchange and you will only pay for the additional pins that you purchase to complete your order.
