Something happens to me when I get on my bike. The feeling that comes over me contains enough sustainable energy to power the universe. Sounds HUGE doesn’t it? OK, I am willing to divulge that while riding I imagine I am as amazing as Lance Armstrong. Now I know that Lance is smiling or maybe laughing if he’s reading this right now, but really, how much power do I have when I am thinking this way? The fact that my imagination will go to those heights, AND I actually believe those thoughts, surely must mean I am changing on the cellular level. So the answer to my questions is YES! Our thoughts are our most powerful tool. If you can imagine it you can do it. “We are all one choice away from changing the world.” Go on- Change it!
